The heating time of each pad is primarily determined by its size, construction and insulation, and the ambient temperature. Heating times may vary from the heating times estimated herein.

Pad colors:
The colors of the pads you receive may differ from those of the pads featured in pictures. We do not accept orders for specific colored pads.

Return and exchange policy:
Merchandise purchased through www.wonderwarmers.com  may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided that the merchandise is returned in its original, unused, resalable condition and is accompanied by the sales receipt for the sale of such merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you are seeking an exchange, due to a manufacturer’s defect we will pay the shipping and handling fees to ship the replacement merchandise to you. If you are seeking an exchange for any other reason, you must pay the shipping and handling fees to ship the replacement merchandise to you.
